This is me

I’m right here

right now

practicing myself in this moment

Discovering parts of myself and

Becoming more grounded and whole

All of these colors, shapes, and marks dancing before me

Each mark made in response to what lies here and now

as though navigating a familiar path in the woods

The outcome is unknown

But we know when we get there

For there is a calm

And our minds become suddenly quieted

by what is before our eyes

And now you and I pause

Forever Right Here Right Now

instinctually RESPONDING

to what lies before us
